Leadership

Clyde Gooden, Jr. is the Chief Geektologist of Geeks or US. It is a privately held corporation.

Before founding Geeks or US in January 2002, Clyde was Local Area Network Administrator at Ketchum Directory Advertising for almost 5 years. Clyde was responsible for overseeing data, voice, and network of the Kansas City office. During Clyde’s tenure at Ketchum Directory Advertising, he won awards for excellence.

Clyde earned an MBA from MidAmerica Nazarene University.

History

The American Dream often starts as a home based business—a.k.a. the garage startup. Companies like Apple, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Hewlett-Packard (HP) all started as garage startups.

Drawing inspiration from the above companies, Clyde started Geeks or US as a garage startup.This continues to this day.
